Murder Mystery Party - Vegas Edition
Updated: Sep 16
I hosted a KILLER Murder Mystery birthday party - Vegas Edition.
It was a perfect themed party idea especially for an October Birthday.

You start by picking a Murder Mystery theme - which we chose "Sin City Slayer" aka Vegas style, since majority of the character outfits were clothing choices were simple or possibly already owned.
I bought the kit from My Murder Mystery Party. It came with all of the character descriptions, hints, game play, script, etc.
Here is the link, $48.95 for the game kit:

From there, let the party planning and decorating begin!
Let me walk you through the Murder Mystery decorations.
Here is the front entrance of the party - linked is the Vegas 5x3 backdrop, $11 on Amazon:

Cake is from Publix (local supermarket), I just requested for the drip to look like blood, which was a really funny request to make. :)

Some fun custom touches:

other elements with the dessert table were these custom sugar cookies that were made by a local cookie company.
I also found these candy poker chips at TJMAXX.
I grabbed "19 Crimes" wine to keep the theme going even with the wine menu.
Here is also a few themed pictures of the food!
